We recently upgraded from Starship v9 to Starship V12.. Field mapping does not seem to be pulling thru. In V9, for recipient billing, it would pull in the Default Carrier Account number from the Customer Address setup in MAS. It appears to be looking at the same field in V12, but it never populates the Carrier Account number.. Anyone else having this issue. Also looking for the option to process each package in a shipment separately. Any help appreciated bevore I resort to calling vTech and paying for a support call.
