Hello, Can someone tell me if it is at all possible to view supplier part number on the Enter PO Panel and the Process Receipts of Goods panel in MAS500 7.30 Buyers and Receivers need to have access to this number to place orders and receive goods of packing slips.. Thanks, Mike

If you type in the vendor item number in "Enter Purcahse Orders" and tab out of the field, it automatically converts it to your item number.  Not sure about on the receiving entry though.

Thanks for the feedback however the purchase orders come from inventory module with our item numbers already on them..it is the reverse; that I need to view the suppliers item number to place the order.

You could add this to the screen using Customizer, or change the PO crystal report to print the supplier item number instead of your own. Would that work?

customizer might definately work but just wanted to confirm this was not something out of the box so to speak that just required enablement.

It doesn't seem that there is, especially since the one Item field on the Enter Purchase Orders screen allows you to enter either number.  It's kind of a hybrid field from what I can tell.

You could also create a custom lookup.
