I'm a new user to Business Insights Explorer and I want to view all open sales orders by product line. I can't seem to get this information. I don't see an option to group open sales orders by product line. Is this true? Just want to confirm before I edit the open sales order report in crw. Using 4.40.2. Thanks.

The product line is in the detail field so what you want is to view the S/O details in BIE, then pull the product line field into the grouping section so you can group by product line.  Once you have your layout the way you want it, go to File, Save As and save your setting.
