Welcome to the Sage Community David.  When you ask about the viewer are you looking for an actual program or the DLLs that are used in the program.

To answer your question, I'm not real sure.  I figured with each release of Crystal there was an equivalent viewer version, but now I'm hearing otherwise.

We have a 10-user license for the full version of Crystal XI, but from what I understand it won't work with our version of MAS200 - version 4.2.  Do you know if this is possible?  Thanks for your reply.

Crystal XI will only work with version 4.40 .

For version 4.20 , you need Crystal 10.

What are you trying to do? Maybe if you post that, we can help think of an idea to help you that is "outside of the box".

I have Finance users that run both MAS200 4.2 and Avatar (our EHR) software.  The report viewer that loads with Avatar on install (CRPTVIEWER94) fights with Crystal 10, loaded with MAS.  If I make it so that CR 10 works properly within MAS, then Avatar reporting drops anchor and refuses to return any output.  If I make Avatar reports work properly, then MAS reporting comes back and throws up an error stating "Incorrect version".

I'm thinking that if I load the 10 viewer, if there is one, then maybe everyone will get along.  Thanks for your response and your time.
