Hi - Im new to Crystal/ MAS (Mas 200 v4.4/ Crystal v11.5) and am customizing report in accounts payable module (AP by GL report) which I then customized and saved in a new report folder, but for some odd reason cannot access the report from MAS?
Do I need to mark it public or allow it access in order to access it?

If you are customizing a Standard report by using a new Report Setting, just choose save from crystal. It should automatically save in the company data Reports folder under the 'Report/Form Name'/'Report Setting Name'. It should then be available just by changing the report setting.

Welcome to the Sage Community Jack. If you customized the report without using Report Manager then it would not be possible to run the reprot from MAS. Your best option is to create a new form code and edit that. The system will create a new folder for you.
