My customer wants to know who creates their purchase orders, in 4.4 I can't find the user id field. I found user logon, but that changes any time the PO is called up to print or view. Anyone know how to add the user id and make it a permanent field?
Thanks for your input. However, I'm looking for a way to get that info to print on the PO form without changing to the current user anytime its reprinted, do you know how can I access the 'created by' field from a database?
Interesting, those User fields aren't in the PO_PurchaseOrderWrk file like they are in the SO_SalesOrderWrk file. You may be able to accomplish this by creating a Business Object UDF for the User field and adding it to the PO Wrk file.
