Under Custom Office, where can I find the correct interface for the Picking Sheet Printing window?

This picture shows the window I'm trying to customize. Basically, I'm trying to lock/disable the Form Code

What version of MAS is this for?

When you have the Picking Sheet Printing screen up, type Ctrl+F9 (hold your Ctrl key down and press the F9 function key).

I agree on using Ctrl-F9 on the screen you wish to customize.  Much easier than trying to locate the correct screen via Customizer Selection.

CTRL + F9 worked perfectly. It was 4.40 by the way. Thanks so much!
