Can Crystal be used to create a GL Financial Report? What other reporting tools, beside MAS Intelligence, are available

Can't really use Crystal. FRx is an option if you own it, although it's going away. Custom Financial Reporting inside the GL module might be an option but I wouldn't get to attached it. And of course you have Standard Financials inside GL. F9? BizNet?
