How create a custom grid line on a custom tab

Is there is any script out there on how to create a custom grid line on a custom tab. Am trying to have a grid on a custom Tab that display lines information just like the items on a SO Invoice Data Entry >> Lines tab.

I don't know that this is possible with scripting. If it is, I'd love to know about it.

Depending on your requirements, one option might be to just create a bunch of UDF's.
