I'm using MAS 4.4 and Crylstal XI. And I'm wanting to modify the Inventory Reorder. I tried to go to Modules/LibraryMaster/SetUp/ReportManager, but I didn't have the design option. I need to modify it because our purchasing people can't read it. So I need to landscape it and make fonts bigger.

The designer button is active if you have the correct version of Crystal installed.  If you open it with Crystal designer and make changes and save and the it is not the correct version there is a good chance you will "break" the report and you will not be able to run it.

The Designer button is found by using the Arrow on the Save button on the upper right hand side.

You should probably create a new Report Setting and then go into Designer.

You also have to have the correct rights to see the Designer button.

Thanks for the response, I must have regular crystal and not design crystal. To bad for me : (

Did you have someone check your settings in Role Maintenance?  Specifically the setting "Allow Access to Crystal Designer" under Library Master on the Modules Options tab.

I just had our administrator look for it. Unfortunately he couldn't  find it : (  Where else do you find it or turn it on?
