I am attempting to import a SO credit memo with serial numbers via VI, but the serial number will not distribute as it says that the serial is not available. (my import file is below I = Item, D = Distribution , C = comment)
i can distribute manually & the import does create the CM header & comment line so it doesn't fail entirely.

We import serial invoices all the time with no issue. Any ideas why the CM would not work?
