As with the other modules that have switched to the business framework those fields no longer exist anywhere. Data is stored by year and period.

In other words, your report has to calculate the YTD totals from the period data now.

Try IM_ItemWhseHistoryByPeriod or IM_ItemCustomerHistoryByPeriod.
