Purchase Order Email Verification

Hello Everyone,

 

    I was wondering if there is a way in MAS90 to have a verification/received email sent to a user in our Company once the Purchase Order has been successfully sent.  We have had the cases where it did not go through and would like to be notified that it has actually been sent.

If you have KnowledgeSync, you could use it to monitor the paperless office tables to see that items are sent. If you don't have KnowledgeSync, then you are missing out. It's one of my favorite bits of software.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I am not sure this would fix our issue as this would let us know it was sent but not if it wasn't received.  They do not receive bounce backs through exchange and we do not want to open those up.

If you're trying to track receipts and opens and things like that, you'd almost need an email tool like the marketers use to track how many people open their spam messages. Good luck, though.
