Is there a way to customize the Item List custom search to include Quantity Available when creating a custom lookup?

The lookup currently has a choice of TotalQuanityOnHand but we need the Quantity Available. Also wondering where the available fields are pulled from to create the custom view.

I don't believe you can since you can't pull in Warehouse-specific data - similar to not being able to pull in Line Item-specific data for example.  You might want to use BIE instead:  "Item View" with Preview of "Item Quantities by Warehouse" - but you likely need to create a formula field for Qty Avail.  Qty Avail is a calculated field based on data in the IM_ItemWarehouse (IM2) file.
