Is there a way to edit the Standard Invoice report to sort by Item number when printed. This way when a customer looks at his invoice he can find what he's looking for a lot faster. We have MAS4.4 and crystal XI, but I don't have the design option on crystal.

If I was doing this, I would add a Group for the ItemCode field.  I would put the Group (#4) below HeaderSeqNo.  You can then just suppress the group header and footer.

Just remember if you are using other line types such as special or miscellaneous items, miscellaneous charges, or comments then it may not put it in the order that you are expecting.

If you do not have the design option, then you either do not have Crystal Reports installed on that workstation or the MAS user does not have correct permissions to design forms.

The Crystal CD is included with your program CDs, just install it on your work station.
