I have 1 question for here. Do I have to modify the ordered Qty for closing specific PO?

For example, if I opened PO with A item with Ordered 100 and I Received 99, normally we make Back Ordered to 0 on Receipt of Goods Entry, but the Order Status still remains BackOrder. So I wonder if I modify Ordered Qty to 99 on Purchase Order Entry, does it make this PO to close if there is no other items back ordered? And, is there anyways to close PO on Recipt of Goods Entry screen?

One more thing...

How can I change Order Status after opening Purchase Order? It is grayed and I can't change it.  I found some of POs have the flag like Back Order even though they were all received.
