I have seen many of these, but nothing relating to Win2k8 and version 4.40.x. Not much in the way of KB articles yet on v4.4 either.
MAS90 v4.40 - PU 3 installed
When attempting to generate a Paperless Office Statement, the Unable to process the Lockfile: "Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer - Statement Printing Report" Processing cancelled message appears. I get the same message when printing Forms, Registers, Journals and/or Reports. Never received Test Email either.........although no error message.
Are we having issues with Win2k8? I went through the Windows Registry as per the kb article relating to v4.3.x; no Jobs or Lock folders. I am presuming it is not a Forms issue, since it is happening with everything.
I reviewed the KB article relating to the issue resolved with PU2, however we've installed PU3, so we should be covered.
