Greetings!

When I last posted a video/audio training session delivered by Steve Malmgren, Chief Architect of Sage MAS 90 and 200, many of you responded by asking for more of the same. In response, I'm thrilled to be able to share the following two links to recorded WebEx sessions entitled "Look Ma, No Buttons! - The Next Generation of Customizer in Sage MAS 90 and 200".  These sessions were delivered in January 2010 to Sage business partners, and the content is based on a session of the same name held for customers at Sage Summit in November 2009.  The information discussed in these recordings apply to Sage MAS 90 and 200 version 4.4, which I am delighted to report has been delivered to production and will begin shipping to partners on February 15 and to customers shortly after that. Enjoy learning more about the power of the next generation of Customizer for Sage MAS 90 and 200!  And please let us know by your postings in this thread if you found this information helpful.

I actually found them in Partner Services>Partner File Center. I  did search for customizer and found  "4.4 Customizer Files from the Friday Focus". I imported it and everything works fine.

I do have one question though and you might be able to help b/c you are MAS guru.

I added UDF into IM_ItemWarehouse wrote a script to write into that field. Before I can write into it I need to find correct record.  I am using SetKey method and providing (ItemCode & WhseCode) as key value. I tried bunch of combinations item code and whse (with dot and other delimiters, different orders, spaces...) but anything I do I get SetKey method returns 0, which is faliure.

Here is snapshot of my code that does this. I even hardcoded key of the first record in IM_ITemWarehouse in ABC company:

     oItemWhse = 0
     Set oItemWhse = oSession.AsObject(oSession.GetObject("IM_ItemWarehouse_bus"))
     strKey = "1001-HON-H252.000"     
     retVal = oItemWhse.SetKey(strKey)
     msgbox retval

retval is alway 0 and should be 1.

Do you have any idea what am I doing wrong?

I meant from this forum. I knew they were in the Partner's file center.

Can you explain in more DETAIL exactly what you are doing. For example: What is the script to do, how is it to be run.

They key for the IM_ItemWarehouse file is the Item Code AND Warehouse Code, not just the item code.

Note that this is only for 4.40.
