I'm hoping someone can give me an easy answer. We are using mas 90 4.5 with crystal 11. I want to show the qty on hand for each item on the s/o crystal report. I have tried to link the tables I can find with a qty on hand  with no luck. I either get a message that data is no avail or I get no data in the form at all.

Example of what I looking for

S/O crystal report shows item # description, allocation, back order, and so on. I want to show the quantity on hand for the item# on the line with the order info, no need to show different warehouse qty's as I'm just interested in one warehouse

Which report are you trying to edit? What files are used within the report, which file did you attempt to add and how are you joining it?

I am guessing you want to link the CI_Item to the IM_ItemWarehouse with a left outer join since the CI_Item now contains miscellaneous items and comments.
