We have a few customers on it.  They're happy with the Office 2010 integration.

I read through the instructions and they talk about installing patch D for CRM 7.0 SP1, but I can't seem to find the download for it on the Sage support site.

The only problem I am having is with the new interactive dashboards.  I can't seem to create a new one or load one from the templates.  I get an "Error loading data" when I attempt to select a template.

When I try to create a new one I get "The Dashboard could not be saved. Please contact your System Administrator."

I tried to install the Outlook plugin but it told me it required Outlook 2003 or 2007, so I thought 7.0 wasn't compatible with 2010 yet.  Did I do something wrong?  Do I need patch D for that?  I don't think I put that on my demo system yet.

The only problem we have had with it was the Interactive Dashboard did not work.  We get an error trying to launch or create a new Interactive Dashboard. It happended on 3 separate installs - 1 being our internal copy we use.  Other than that problem, it has been okay.

The interactive dashboard never loads for us either.  Also having CTI issues on 1 PC (they can dial from Outlook but not CRM) and it's fixed by a PC reboot.

I am also getting the "The dashboard could not be saved . . ." message after upgrading to 7.0D last week.
