My sales people are really complaining, wondering if anyone knows a fix for this.
Prior to our upgrade, if you hovered over an appointment (My CRM/Calendar), the Person, Company, Tel # and Details would show. It really helped everyone prioritize calls during the day.
Since the upgrade, the Person doesn't show. There is room for it to be there, it's just not there.
Again, if anyone knows a way to fix this I'd love to hear it!
