Automatic Logoff in Version 4.3.0.017

A user got kicked out of MAS200 EES  - The following windows were open - the receipt module, PO Inquiry and Inventory Inquiry, when they were kicked in the middle of entering a receipt (it happened two or three times during the same receipt).

They are set for 20 mins autolog off. 

 

Is there any issue with Autologg off int he version?

No but I would check the network hardware for this work station. This can happen when you lose network connect from a bad NIC card, power settings, bad cable, bad port.

Another question is that I would have users entering into a PO or In Looking thru and Inventory Inquiry and all of a sudden get a message . Would you like to save. - when they say Yes - it kicks them out of MAS.

 

I thought the auto log off  was to work when users are idle not when they are clicking thru the MAS windows?

 

So I have expanded there minutes from 20 to 60 mins
