CRM Outlook Plugin - Error when filing an email

We're using the CRM Outlook plugin for the first time and every user gets this message when trying to file an email:
"The administrator has not provided an EmailManager E-mail address. E-mail filing cannot continue."
The setting for filing outbound emails is set to file by CRM, not the Email Manager, so I'm not sure what's causing this error.

Could you please check the setting for "Use FileIt" under Administration / Users / User Configuration? Please make sure that "Use FileIt" is set to NO. If it is not, please change it to NO and then re-install the Outlook plugin.
Please let us know is the issue still persist after the steps above.

One day my neighbor called in at my house. He told me numerous interesting stories. But I asked him about one issue. He suggested me an unusual novel tool. It astonished me, reason of the program resolved my old troubles with outlook emails and probably would solve this question too - rebuild pst file.
