Errors Entering Orders & Quotes from CRM

We were receiving "Invalid Opportunity" errors anytime more then 1 person was trying to do a quote or SO thru CRM when using 1.3. Reported it to Sage in January, just learned that a fix is not yet in the works and it still occurs in 1.4.
We just upgraded to 1.4 and along with that problem, we are having more issues entering SO's and Quotes thru CRM. "xxxxx" is not numeric and errors that say "The 00301231 is Invalid" (SO number). We have been reported to Sage and they had knowledge of them and no fix.
I'm interested in hearing how others are being impacted by these problems. I'd be also interested in hearing if you have the same set up the we do (MAS90 1.4 EEE w/ SageCRM) and it's working perfectly for you.

I recall "xxxx" is not numeric message -- it had to do with a salesperson code and there was a fix for it as I recall.

A fix would be good, I thought I had found the problem in the KB but I must be confused... though I did talk to Sage about it and they didn't mention a fix, only suggestion was to start again, because then it works! If anyone knows what patch I'd appreciate knowing, otherwise I can call Sage again.
Between the Invalid Opp, "xxxxx" is not numeric and The 001231231 is Invalid errors it's taking 2-3 tries to get a SO going![]()
