Having a problem with a customer site where we get an " Invalid license key format , please consult your system admin" when their users try to launch SageCRM.
We know our license key is good because they have been using it without problem for 3 months. It just started throwing this error and they can no longer get into SageCRM.
After over a month of troubleshooting (and no solution or resolutions from Sage support), I decided to install SageCRM on one of the customer's test (non-production) servers and it installed and could be launched without issue. This also proved that our license key was correct.
So I ran the uninstall on the production server of SageCRM and deleted the SageCRM folder under Program Files folder. I rebooted the server and reinstalled SageCRM, but still ran into the " Invalid license key format , please consult your system admin" error. So I am guessing there is some other files still on the system that need to be removed manually after running the uninstall. Does anyone know what other files need to be removed so that I can do a clean install again on their production server?
I would like to get the customer back into using their SageCRM again.
