Issues with Person in Tasks

This problems seems to be coming up every few days, so far only solved with a server reboot. This just started happening, we've been installed since December.
When you go to create a Task, to schedule a call or apointment, or go into a previously scheduled Task, there is no Person in the Person field. The field is blank and typing the name you want doesn't populate the field.
We are running XP Pro SP 2 & 3, Windows 2003 Server and IE 7 and IE 8.
EES 1.3
Anyone know of a fix?

Hello,
This sounds like an issue which was resolved with service update "E" for EES. Do you have the service update installed? If not, it's available for download at www.sagesoftwareonline.com
