MyCRM not showing up on a user

Accessing Sage CRM and the MyCRM and TeamCRM does not show up as options for a given user. Definitely shows up for the Admin account.
What setting am I forgetting?

Created a brand new user and it's just fine? Clearly some little check box not marked off somewhere.

Not sure this will help, but have you tried re-booting your CRM server? We ran into a similar issue, nothing made sense, we rebooted the server and everything was fine. Hopefully, it will work for you.

It's worth a shot. This was an install that was started about 10 months ago and got tabled for a while. Might work.
