Paperless office global customer change to add email paperless office for all customers

Hi all,
Is it possible to globally set all customers up for paperless office email without having to go into each individual customer maintenance record to add the paperless office email and check box for email on data entry lines?
This would save us about 2 days worth of work. any suggestions greatly appreciated.

If you have Visual Integrator, you could import all the changes from a Excel spreadsheet.
