Sage MAS 90 and 200 Extended Enterprise Suite

MAS 200 4.30.19 EES

When creating a new customer, we get the following error message....

"Record 01002995501 is missing from E:/sage/version430/Mas90/MAS_CHF/CUCHF/CU_Person.m4t"  If we click end, we then get "SY_Activitylog" does not have correct permissions.

We have verified the the new customer is in CRM after the error message and is linked.

Thoughts or ideas please!
