I have not yet found documentation on the big picture to upgrade MAS and Sage CRM.
1. Do you have to upgrade the MAS first, or CRM, or doesn't matter?
2. When you upgrade MAS, do you have to do an in place upgrade, or do you have to do a parallel? Or does it matter?
Has anyone seen documentation on some of these basic questions? I might be blind
