Just updated to 4.0.30.18 from 4.0.30.13. Now when anyone is in customer Maintenance and clicks Accept we get the following message.
“Warning: One or more synchronization actions could not be completed because a connection could not be made to the MAS90 and 200 Integration Engine. Please check the configuration of the integration engine. The requested synchronization actions will remain in the queue and will be completed w/ the next synchronization request after the integration becomes available.”
We have restarted the integration engine, rebooted the servers without any change.
Any thoughts or Ideas would be greatly Apreciated.
Tahnks in advance
Keith

Keith,
I'm confused about the versions you mention here so just want to clarify. Are you running Extended Enterprise Suite? If so, then I will assume you are running version 1.3 of Extended Enterprise, the MAS 90 and 200 version of which is 4.30. And, from your post it indicates that you added service update 18 to that version of software. Have I summarized correctly? If so, what version of SageCRM have you got installed?

Erika,
We are running Extended Enterprise Suite 1.3 and yes, we added service update 18. I am not sure about the version of SageCRM. How do I find the version? When in CRM, if I click help, it flashes 6.2. So I believe we are on SageCRM 6.2

Hi Keith,
The issue can be caused by a variety of issues.
To troubleshoot this issue we need to find out what the "real" error message is. Could you please open the CRM Options under CRM / MAIN and click on LOAD CRM DATA? You may get an error message which is more descriptive. Could you please post the exact message?
Thanks.

Steffen,
It says, "Integration Engine Error: MAS and CRM schema do not match. Please ensure both products are up to date"

Hi Keith,
Thanks for the information.
That message tells me that at some point only one side was upgraded, probably only the MAS side was upgraded and CRM was not.
Although the versions may look the same, they still have to be upgraded on both sides (MAS and CRM). For example, EES 1.2 and 1.3 have essentially the same versions on both, SageCRM and MAS, however, internal changes require that both systems are upgraded.
If you are not sure if the upgrade has been performed successfully, backup your CRM SQL database and re-run the upgrade of SageCRM. In most cases, CRM is the side that needs to be looked at.
Please let me know if you needs any further help on this.
Thanks.
Steffen
