e-Business Manager Options - No Approval Needed for User ID changes

We have set up a b2b website and want to allow our clients to be able to manage their account information without having to wait for us to approve it.

 

I went into e-Business Manager Options and unchecked the boxes for "Require Acceptance of Customer Changes" and "Require Acceptance of User ID Changes". 

 

However, when I log in on the website and test changing my password with my account, I'm still getting a message that my request has been sent for approval and I'm still getting pending approval requests in "UID/Customer Accept/Reject Entry".  I have restarted the webengine and that didn't help.

 

Anyone have an ideas as to why MAS isn't allowing the changes without approval?

Did you clear your cookies and cache?
