YOu can see the program running through all the tables, but after that when it is at "executing query" it crashes 100% of the time.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled countless times too.
Anyone have any ideas?

And I get this error now:
Failed to create SQL Compact Edition database
Error: Opening a database as read-only requires a temp path to be specified.

Are you using 4.4 or 4.5?
If you are using 4.4 and previously had the performance patch installed, take a look at Res ID 538731.

4.4
Ya, I did that so far about 8 times. I'm on install #9 right now.
I get this error now.
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SqlServerCe, Version=3.5.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Looks like the 9th time was a charm.
I seriously did nothing different either on each uninstall/install.
WEIRD!!!
Thanks for the response also Regina!
Eh, spoke to soon. I got to the excel program and it was filling in the data, but it seemed to peg the processor at 100% and needed to end task.
Now whenever I try to run the report again in report manager, it runs through all the tables and then locks with the BiCore.exe error when its at the query part.

Solution:
Run the performance patch and select uninstall.
Uninstall SAGE MAS 90 & 200 Intelligence
Uninstall Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5 SP2
Installed FRx.
Works like a charm now!

When we were testing the performance issue last year, I have seen SMI/Excel appear to lock up while it is processing the calculations in the workbook but not since the performance patch was released.
Based on all the errors you were previously getting, have you tried this on another workstation?
Or if you would like assistance in testing the data & the report, I can get a support case started.

I have a support case in (#4834725).
It looked like it hangs up, and it gives an error of "stopped responding", but if I let it sit for ~6 minutes, it starts up.
However, its been 40 minutes now and the report is still at the "Rendering Data" step.
I've been running the program directly on the server also, i wanted to eliminate the network from the picture for speed issues.
I have the performance update loaded also.
Is there anything else that can be done to "tweak" the program for performance? With how slow this is, I just can't recommend it to clients.
