Sage MAS Intelligence

When generating an income statement in MAS Intelligence, the Total Revenue is listed at the top of the detailed nicome statement accounts.  Has any body figured out how to get the total at the bottom of the detailed income accounts as you would typically see in an income statement?

The sheet that contains the statement is just and excel spreadsheet like any other one.  Just move things around as if you were editing any other excel spreadsheet.  When you are done make sure you save and link the template so that your change will be there the next time you generate.

Note that two weeks ago, I would not have understood this either.

Tom - thank you.  I figured this out as well but was hoping the report writer would give you an option.  Maybe it will be fixed in future versions.

Slightly off point but semi-related.   At Sage Summit they indicated that an update this fall will allow the program to group by general ledger roll up codes automatically.

The release of Sage ERP MAS Intelligence with MAS 4.5 in October will have roll up codes included as part of the standard financial reports, meaning that these codes can be dragged into the layouts to group by.

However, with existing and current versions of Sage ERP MAS Intelligence, if you have the Connector module, you can very easily add the MAS roll up codes to the financial reports container and include these in your report layouts, so it is not neccessary to wait until the new release.
