Thank you for the tip but I keep getting the same error: The update server returned an error. It may be that the server is experiencing problems. Either try again later or contact support. [[Error]] Authorisation Failed please check that your password is correct. I carefully put in the exact name of our company from the MAS installation and the exact license listed in the products listing on sagesoftware online uner the SMI Report Manager. Unfortunately the training screens the unlocking key so I can't double check the format. I will call for support tomorrow but hoping to get to work with this a bit today. Thank you for any help/tips you might be able to provide.
FYI - I figured out what was going on here. All of the truly awesome documentation is very exciting but there is one crucial error. You have to key your customer number in to the field that says customer name. I never would have guessed that. Neither the movie or install guide mention that.
I followed the link for the installation course, registered, and started watching the content. It abruptly ends part way through the presentation so I was not able to finish watching the course.
