License Mgr will not allow new repository creation

I installed the 4.5 SMI, and when I try to set the repository, per the installation guide, the license mgr tells me as an error alert that my repository is associated with 4.4 then exits.

It appears the directory has already been used for 4.40 in your installation.  You can create a new directory to use as your 4.5 repository and point to the new directory in License Manager.
