MAS Intelligence is an Oxymoron

Even after loading the product updates, it will not run a standard sales report - gives me a cryptic database error.

What's the error that it gives you?

We've seen this elsewhere on the forums, that if you don't have all the required modules (AR, SO, and IM), then the standard sales report does indeed throw an error because it can't find the tables it is looking for. Could that be the issue?

Well it certainly helps if you have the modules that it is designed to run against. Also talk about "cryptic" you give absolutley no details on the error message.

I kind of thought it was an oxymoron a few weeks ago too.

However, I have since found once I took the time to study and understand the concepts, it is an extremely powerful tool.

Like all things, it's not perfect, but I have been won over to the "bright" side of the force. ; )
