Registrati on Error - PLDONGLE.D LL

Every time I try to perform the registration I get the following error.
"The download file (PLDONGLE.DLL) is not the expected size. The the download has been aborted. Please check that your internet connection is functioning correctly. (The file download was 23355 bytes but was expected to be 29432 bytes)."
I have successfully registered the product on 2 different computers but we are trying to move the product onto a server to use as a terminal service. I have moved the dll file from a computer that successfully registered to the server and still get the same error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the product, each while logged in as the admin user.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

To give some more detail. I tried installing and registering the product on my computer and it worked perfectly. The server that is having the problem is a Windows Server 2008 R2 box.

I ended up figuring it out. It was a firewall issue. It must have been using some off port to connect. Either way, once I whitelisted the server to go through the firewall it registered just fine.
