I have recently installed MAS Intelligence in a test environment of citrix presentation server 4.5, Server 2003, SQL 2005, along with a recent snapshot of our DB... I also installed Excel 2007 to test out the functionality and performance thinking it wasn't agreeing with 2003. Right now 1 report can take as long as 5 minutes to complete. When I watched the demo, it was less than 2 minutes including selecting the options for the report..
Any ideas? Is there something I'm missing? What could be the bottleneck?
