I can't help much with your issue other than to suggest that you post this in the Technical & Installation Discussions section of the Sage MAS90 & 200 Discussion Forum. If the error includes more info (such as program name & line number) you should include that as well.
The way I usually access this site, I don't even see these general announcement forums. I expect this to be true for others as well, which means that by posting here you have limited the traffic your message will receive.
