Is anyone using Job Cost that can give me a quick overview?

My organization engineers and builds projects with time and material that have % billing using the Completed Contract method.

Will Job Cost handle this situation in a real-time environment?  Currently our MAS is set up using Work Order/Inventory Management to accomplish this task.

Yes, very well. You have to setup job code and cost code first, then when invoices entered in the MAS, they should be associated with job code & cost code.

I have run other MAS90 modules for 20 years but am new to the Job Cost module. What is the easiest way to train/learn this module? It seems to have changed the way the program is operated. I have entered cost codes but am now unsure on how to begin operations. Is it correct that A/R invoices are now initiated/processed through Job Cost and that Timecard initiates Payroll?
