So when our shipping dept enters an order into shipping data entry it automatically pulls up a shipping no.......which turns into the invoice number.  Is there a way to override that so our Invoice number will be the same as our SO number?  Having issues with customers calling to check an order and CSR are looking for the SO number and not finding it because it now has an Invoice number that is different....very confusing!

I am new to MAS since 2010. I understand your situation and I would suggest that you might be able to "re-name" that header by going into the Customer Panel.
