We just recently upgraded to the 4.5 version.   When I try to activate some of the new added menus,

we get "Setup indicates that this option is no

t available on your system".  Did we forget to turn something on?

Most likely.  You have to turn on some of the new features in the options screen.

With every upgrade it is a good idea to review the setup options.  Certain new feature options are in setup and you may want to turn them on.  Another important area to review, depending on the version you are coming from, is the number of years to retain history.  You will definately want to do that before doing any period/year end processing!
