Afer moving our MAS 200 4.4 installation to a NEW server, I changed the path just slightly to the files and folders .  I did this because after doing a parallel upgrade from 4.2 the file/folder paths were not "default".  After moving to the new server just recently, I noticed that the AR Invoices are accessible but not available in Paperless Office.  They all show red text at the PDF location which is to the "old" location on the other server.  Is there anyway to update the correct path/link to the invoices or should I just use the exact same File/Folder paths as the old server when moving the 4.4 installation to the new server?  This new server is still in testing, so its not currently in production and I can make any changes, even starting over.  Thanks!!

There is a Move function within the viewer.  You first have to display all the invoices, then select all, then click move and specify the new path.  I'm sure there is a help topic or a knowledgebase article on it somewhere.

Just to post a quick update...If the "old" location does not exist on the new server, the move function is not available because the file is not "actually" viewable to Paperless Office.  It seems as though there is NO WAY to manipulate where the past invoices are unless you move them first.  I'll keep trying different options as this new server is just a sandbox currently.
