Hello,

I'm looking where to change the link to track the package. Looks like they wen't from asp to .net We are currently using the Starship mod too.

http://iship.com/trackit/track.asp?T=1&Track=(number) it should be

http://iship.com/trackit/track.aspx?T=1&Track=(number)

I also need to know how to do this. My client gets a 404 - File or directory not found error in IE now when clicking on the track package button.

Thanks I did look at that theard and it doesn't say were to change it at. In less I'm missing something. I know why it's not working anymore. I just need to know where to change the link at.

There isn't anywhere to change the link -- it's coded into the program.  I think it's supposed to redirect automatically and sometimes it just doesn't.

Ok thanks. I wonder when they will update it.

One would think Sage would give us the option to update links outside the MAS program (internet sites; shipment tracking, mapping, credit checking...), rather than hard-code this into the program.

In Library Master --> Setup there actually is a URL maintenance app, but the shipping link doesn't appear to be part of it.

Yeah I saw that setup. It's really bad when people are trying to use that link and we can't change it.

I too had this problem when I upgraded to the Starship 12.

I went to the starship PC under carrier set up - selected UPS - and in there is a check box that states to allow tracking - once I placed a check in that box my Sage tracking link worked.
