I just upgraded a customer to MAS 4,5 PU2. Since the upgrade, after the customer logs in and selects a menu item, the display will go blank 3 times before displaying the selected panel. Once it does this it is ok for the rest of the session.
The customer's workstation is Windows XP Professional SP3. Has anyone seen this?

I have not.
- Do other workstations see this?
- Could there be anti-virus and/or malware scanners causing this issue?
- What is the screen resolution? Does changing it (lower) impact the issue?

I've seen something similar to this, but on 4.05.
It was on an older workstation running XP Pro SP3 with an older video card. It started happening when a new monitor was used that had higher resolutions.
The workstation was retired when we went to 4.5, so not sure if the problem would have continued.

There are other workstations that are similarly configured that do no exhibit the problem. All the workstations have the same anti-virus software. Even so, I did try disabling it on one of the problem workstations, but it did not help. I also tried different resolutions which did not help either.
