Hi All. I am at a client site trying to get them up on 4.40. I am having an issue where if I run any crystal report (Form, report, Paperless Journal Update), I am getting Failed to Retrieve Data from the database. Details: (Database Vendor Code: 12) I am running MAS 200. What I have found is that if you log into MAS, BEFORE running any report or anything crystal related, I found that the SOTAMAS90 ODBC connection is reverting to the install location on the server instead of the UNC path of that is in the SOTA.ini on the workstation.
Has anyone run into this. Please let me know ASAP, I have users going live Wednesday morning, and I cannot run anything crystal.
