I've installed Crystal many times on other OS, but when I try to install on my WIndows 7 pc, it goes all the way through and says it needs a restart to finish.
I restart and when it comes back, it starts checking for disk space and beginning the install all over again. If I try to begin the install again, it says another install is in progress. Not sure it has anything to do with W7, but that's the variable I know of.
I've uninstalled previous versions of Crystal. A directory for Business Objects is created and I can open Crystal by clicking on the exe in that directory, but MAS doesn't recognize that there is Crystal on this PC so it confirms setup did not finish. Any ideas?
