For FIFO items that appear on this utility, is it best to perform a physical count in the old version before migrating the data or use the "Skip" option and do the physcal count in the new version?

Why not just have the Utility make the necessary corrections in the new version?  It seems that the majority of items that show up are because there's some sort of discrepancy between qty files, and therefore doing a physical count in the older verion before migrating likely still won't fix them.  I say just let the Utility fix them, and then have the client make any necessary adjustments in the new version.
