I am experiencing Label Printing issues with a Zebra ZP 500 (ZPL) Thermal Printer. If there are 20 labels to print it will only print 11 of them. I know that thermal printers are not technically supported by Sage, however I did try installing several other printer drivers to emulate another printer with no success. This is MAS 200. Has anyone come across this issue, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have the default page size for your printer setup as the same size as your label.  Also choose this page in Crystal, and verify it's selected in the Printer option in MAS.  90% of my label problems are with the size of the label.  Sometimes you have to dink with the Page Margins in Crystal, too.

Being the ex-SAGE employee, you should know to post what version and service pack of MAS you're using!!!! ;-)

What module/report/form are you trying to print labels from?

Thank Beth, I appreciate the feedback. This was working properly and just recently had issues. We are going to attempt to restore the .rpt file. I am also playing with the width, height, gaps, margins.

I would restore the report from a backup first if you could.

Does it skip items when printing? When printing labels, if its for 5 Widgets: Does it print 1 label or does it print 5 (1 for each widget)?
